It's hard at 2.5 degrees, but they're asking me to lift 10.
If this doesn't provide enough stimulation, wouldn't it be better to just do rear delts? I'm curious.
The stimulation in the front shoulder definitely comes, but it's really difficult. 20 pounds... 9 kilograms is not easy either.

Are you saying to lift 20 kilos and then add 20 more, making it 40, excluding the barbell (20)? 💣
I like deadlifts, I always have a great day when I do them.

How does everyone do count on these. 1,1 or 1,2
If you keep your elbows as close to the barbell line as possible and lower them to 90 degrees, you won't feel the triceps stimulation!~!
