What is this, a day to work on biceps and triceps!! It shouldn't be biceps and triceps today.... Let's just do it for the last time.
The flesh on my back sticks to the floor, making farting sounds every time I move my legs.
I did six types of dumbbell exercises, but I still have to do two more. Oh dear.

if this is super hard - check and make sure your knees are lined up with where the machine bends. you might need to adjust the machine to get it right but if you donβt itβll feel impossible π
