Overall weight or one side?
Feels like my biceps burn way more than my back.
Why is it so long?
Hey everyone. The best thing I can tell you to do is lower to a weight that is comfortable to you. You can still get the gains you desire if you control that weight. I have terrible knee pain. Go get some epsom salt and soak for twenty minutes in warm water and u will definitely see a difference

Stick this to your back, and while keeping your arms fixed, inhale as you arch your back, tighten your back muscles, and exhale while pressing your back against the floor!
Is the incorrect posture causing the stimulation in my two arms as well?
They make a beginner do 15 side jobs, haha.
I can't seem to get abs, and instead, I've got a lot of flab in front. Should I just throw it away? ㅠㅠㅠ
