Band Lateral Walk Community

15 steps each side

Band placement Usually 3 types • Above the knee → Beginner • Ankle → Intermediate • Instep → Advanced The effect is strongest at the ankle. That's what ChatGPT says.

It says to wrap the band around the ankle, but the demonstration trainer is putting it around the thigh?

Something so simple yet makes me wobble

What is considered a rep. 5 steps and then 5 steps. Or 10 steps is one rep??

↳ Either do equal steps to both sides, or just count each step as 1. Begin at ur own pace. Tweak the program so it’s whatever’s easier for you. Not easIEST, lol just easIER..💪🏽💯
