When lowering, aim slightly below the chest, and when lifting, direct it slightly upwards, and you'll feel a great stimulus when pressing.
I don't feel any stimulation in my chest..ㅠ
Not understanding why it took me down 5lbs for 12reps when I was doing 50lbs 8reps
It seems more triceps focused to me
Why is the volume calculation done as one when it's per one dumbbell?
Is it not very effective if I connect the dumbbells together and use them like that?
I'm trying it for the first time, but I can't get the hang of it.
If you don't maintain the proper posture, the triceps will be stimulated a bit more than the chest.
It seems to be the best for chest stimulation.
