When I try to do this and scroll down to watch YouTube, it gets canceled right away, which is annoying.. When I try to do it with my Apple Watch, it feels a bit clumsy... Sigh... Am I unable to use it?
Incline 6 fixed / Speed 4-6-6.5-5-6-7-5-6-7.5-6-8 Cooldown minimum 5km (interval training) 50 minutes. Before moving to the next part, run in zone 2-3, then gradually increase the km to the next part. This week, the goal is 5.5km by the end of this month.
Is the slope recorded as a percentage on the machine?
I always intend to ride for more than 20 minutes, but after finishing my weights, I end up with an awkward amount of time left, so I just ride for 10 minutes before going home.

On leg day, I can't run at the end ㅠㅠ I just walk for 15 minutes at an incline of 3 and then come down..
