If you do it with all three heads, it's really delicious, super tasty.
It is set up one side at a time, so is it one side per set? If the total weight is for both sides in one set, then it doesn't match.
Is this good for low weight and high repetitions, or high weight and low repetitions? They say to do 10 kilos, but I really don't think I can complete the reps.
If you slightly twist your wrist downwards, the stimulation becomes better.
