My moving leg hurts so much, like a tendon behind the kneeㅠ
Ngl I love this exercise
Is this the latissimus dorsi? My back and sides are really painful, is that right?
The example pic doesn’t go very far down, how far are you supposed to lower yourself?
This is a bit less stimulating.. Do you have any tips that are more stimulating?
Lying down like a corpse after it's over.
Nodding my head like in the picture makes things a bit easier, right?
Alright!
In the video, it seems like the woman's hair is also moving. 🥵
When doing a plank, time needs to flow a bit faster.
Why? JUST WHY😫😭
Like a fish that rides the rhythm.
Gotta keep remembering a slower pace is important 😅
Gonna have to use dumbbells, only have 1 kettlebell for each weight
🥵🥵🥵🥵
"Is the average for men in their 40s 1700kg?? Don't mess with me...... lol"
Evolving into a join tribe, a must-do when flapping your wings!!👊
Doing 50kg both side 15 x 4 🥵
Just pick kettle and do right side, then left side. You guys overcomplicating simple exercise.
I was doing this and the guy next to me farted, we crossed eyes, burst out laughing which then made me fart louder and we both laughed harder which caused me to drop the weights which one then landed on my foot and the other landed on my phone so I'm now typing this on my smashed screen
