Every time I finish one set of this, I just flap my arms as much as I can, like I'm flapping my wings, and it really puts a lot of strain on my shoulders. Will this help?
I think it's because I put pressure on my ankle when I pull, but my ankle hurts so muchㅠㅠ

When do you all start using straps? Maybe it's because I just did some hamstring exercises, but my forearms are feeling more stimulated, haha...
