@졍138 Think of it as positioning yourself until your knees are at a 90-degree angle, then lift your hips to create a straight line. When supporting yourself on the floor, feel like you are pressing down with your heels.
Back at it after 3 months of life kicking my butt... Good Lord I don't remember it being this hard 🤣🤣🤣
