What is the purpose of making it for three consecutive days?

I should eat a hamburger, damn it.
I found a similar device and used it, but it should be fine, right?
Low weight, high repetition is the way to go. Try doing 30 reps.

Why is the break so short?
When you gain weight, it shows right away, and it really becomes tough.

Is it normal to feel stimulation in the erect muscles while doing this exercise??
If you die lying down, please put 20kg on each side.
