I was able to endure the Smith squats and the subsequent wide squats.. But continuing on to the lunges is too much.. Is it really sane to have three consecutive thigh exercises?
Exercise is important, but I wish there were weight training sessions divided by age groups: 20s, 30s, and 40s.
If it says 10 reps does that mean 5 each side or 10 each side ?
The break time is too short!!!
