If you replace the exercise, it changes from the original 3 sets to 4 sets.
If you hold your hand width too narrow, your elbows will rub against each other. I didn't want to know that either.
I do back exercises every three days, but what should I do if I'm told to increase the weight by 5kg each time...?

Don't let your shoulders drop, lean on your shoulders, elbows at 90 degrees! It's okay to go up a little. When going up, don't bring them together, go straight up!
