When I keep pushing, my elbows spread out to the side, so I need to hold it in a way that prevents that, right?

Is it correct to feel stimulation in the area where the armpit connects to the chest?
Solution when there is stimulation only in the back of the shoulder Grip with the back of the hand facing up, pull back the hips, and while pulling, spread the arms to stimulate the rear shoulder. Additionally, when returning to the original position, round the back forward.

Is there no one else doing this besides me…? 😭
Every time I do this, my ankle gets strained and it hurts. What's the problem? Damn it...
What should I do if my trapezius muscle hurts?
If you don't feel stimulation in your lower abdomen, try doing it on the bench.
Doesn't this posture seem off? While it can be done standing up, usually the posture involves bending the knees and keeping the back straight, which engages the muscles from the starting point.
