If I put 20kg on each side, should I write 40kg or 60kg?
Is this good for low weight and high repetitions, or high weight and low repetitions? They say to do 10 kilos, but I really don't think I can complete the reps.
After 3 setscof sumo squats this is next? Nah 💀
There's no 4kg...!
I only rested for 3 days, but it feels like too much ㅠㅜ
30sec break is not enough🤣🤣
💪
I have my triceps being shaved? Rather good!
🏋️♂️
When I do this, only my shoulders hurtㅜㅜ Even though I'm paying attention to my posture and the trainer is telling me next to me, it still happens.
Yeah, I only feel this in my spine…😅
My favorite one 🔥
Wow, this is really hard...;
I keep falling backwards ㅜㅜ What could be the problem?
Set 1: Am I doing it right since I don't feel any stimulation? Huh? Set 2: Oh? Set 3: Oh my??!?!?! Set 4: Huh?!?!!!!!!!???
Why is it so delicious? 🦍
Excuse me, just a moment.
When the shoulders are opened at 90 degrees, if you maintain tension within the range of 60-130 degrees, the latissimus dorsi gets torn. If you push down too much or stretch too much below that, the head of the bone rotates and the tone is lost.
Does this cause asymmetry??
It means "It just means to do it one more time."
