Is it just me that my arms shake like crazy when I come down?
The stimulation reaches up to the calves.
I don't have a 6kg dumbbell, so I used a kettlebell instead. Is that okay?
I lifted 6 kilograms at once, and maybe feeling guilty, I gave it 0 reps.
I hate this fuckass exercise.
The first three are manageable...
