I have pain on the side of my erect muscles; is this a posture issue?
No matter what I do, it feels like I'm wriggling on the floor. ㅠ
Think of it as trying to get your ribs to touch your hip bone and squeeze the space in between , hope that makes sense.

You guys, do 8-12 reps with the weight you used for 3 sets, and then try 30 reps with half that weight. I just spent 30 minutes in Hong Kong.
