Are abs part of the core and are erector muscles for back exercises??
"I can't do it even if I try hard."

Dumbbell odd/even issue people can enter my gym, check only the weights of the dumbbells, and once reflected, there will be no more odd/even issues in the future.

@Joo357 I think it was about 2 weeks when I first startedㅜㅜㅜ After that, I quickly felt the weight.
I keep telling myself that I love these & now they just keep getting easier 💪🔥
1. When you start pulling → The elbows begin to come down close to vertical next to the ears → This allows the lats to be in a fully stretched state, ready to contract 2. From the middle point of the pull → The elbows come down along the sides of the torso, → Gradually changing from vertical to a diagonal direction towards the back 3. At the last point of contraction → Pull the elbows towards the back diagonal direction near the hips → Finish with a **“squeezing and wringing feeling towards the torso”**! ChatGPT suggested pulling slightly diagonally towards the back/hips, and doing it that way really gives a strong stimulus. Is it okay to do it this way? I’ve been working out for a year and I’m feeling new stimulation in my back, hahaha!

I started exercising for the real fun of reading comments.

I also feel it on my arms but when I use the lat pull down machine I feel it more on my back

I can't even get my body up, damn it.
Since it's my first time, I don't know the posture, so my waist is getting hotter than my abdomen.
