Is it really right to just force it at 35 instead of 45?? If I pull it to 45, it does get pulled, but I'm worried that it might be too stimulating for other areas...

Is it normal to feel stimulated in the lats? When I pull until my shoulder blades fold, I do feel stimulation in the lats, but... ใ

My neck hurts so much that I gave up after one set...
It says "weight being assisted," but considering that it gets recorded and the weight keeps increasing, I think it's correct to think of it as "body weight - assisted weight = the actual weight I'm lifting."
