What is the difference between this and One Arm City Draw?
It says "getting out of a skinny body," but does this make my legs thicker? I am a man.

Beginners who do not know how to use their shoulder muscles should reduce the range of motion to find the feeling of the muscles. 1. Practice 15 reps up to eye level (minimize triceps involvement). 2. Practice 15 reps lowering from above to in front of the eyes while in a relaxed state (engage up to right next to the collarbone). 3. Once the first two are well done, exercise with full range of motion. 💣💣🏋️♂️
Everyone should be doing these. Stop taking the easy way out

Slightly arch your back / Hold the dumbbell at the head so that the weight is naturally distributed towards the front, maintaining a W shape / Extend your arms forward so that the arrow points to the top of your head / When lifting up, maintain a vertical shape, and when coming down, slightly lean forward for the next repetition.
It's tougher than PT 💪
Push the ground with the entire sole of your foot up to below the knees, and from above the knees, tuck in your hips. If this doesn't work, then it's not my weight.

I tried this because Jongguk-hyung did it, and it tastes good.
Lunges really suck, but there's nothing quite like them for bodyweight lower body workouts, haha.
