Beginners who do not know how to use their shoulder muscles should reduce the range of motion to find the feeling of the muscles. 1. Practice 15 reps up to eye level (minimize triceps involvement). 2. Practice 15 reps lowering from above to in front of the eyes while in a relaxed state (engage up to right next to the collarbone). 3. Once the first two are well done, exercise with full range of motion. 💣💣🏋️‍♂️

Slightly arch your back / Hold the dumbbell at the head so that the weight is naturally distributed towards the front, maintaining a W shape / Extend your arms forward so that the arrow points to the top of your head / When lifting up, maintain a vertical shape, and when coming down, slightly lean forward for the next repetition.
