Embarrassing. Today I got caught up in ego lifting and had to call for help π π¬ I got 4 at 700lbs! Worth it? Not really π

This hurt so much in my groin the next day that I thought I was going to die.
It's easier to maintain balance when using one dumbbell with both hands rather than using two. When there are no machines available at the gym, using free weights is the best exercise for stimulating and building the glutes.

PT teacher told me to lift this with a barbell plate instead of a dumbbell, so I'm sharing it. It seems much better and the balance between my right and left arms is good.

I saw a woman sitting on the chest press for 10 minutes just looking at her phone, so I tried it for the first time and it was fun.
Do we need to jump or just stretch at the last?

Is it supposed to put pressure on your knees ? I feel like my legs are gonna break
