Can the developers fix the volume for the workout? If I’m doing a single leg movement twice (one for each leg) then the volume would be double. I.e. one set of 40lbs for 12 reps should be 960lbs total volume for both legs and not 480lbs.
How do you handle someone who is tall? The legs can't be folded, but the pole touches the ground. ㅡㅡ;
