Do you honestly recommend Planfit Premium?
Do I have to do it once on each shoulder for one set? It's so hard;;;
Our gym does not have 7 kg weights, but we do have 8 kg weights.

I keep hearing a clicking sound from my right hip. Is this normal? Could it be because my hip is misaligned? ㅠ
Bend your body at about 70 degrees and bend your arms at about 30 to 45 degrees... It can be problematic if you use your trapezius too much, but a slight engagement is acceptable.
Is 20 times one set if it's 10 times on each side??
