Why is this guy increasing it by one each day?
Slightly shift the center of gravity forward. Fix the elbows. Use an underhand grip with the thumbs outside. When lowering or raising, slightly bend the wrists inward and outward. When lowering, keep the lower part of the arms close together. When raising, keep the lower part of the arms about 0.5 cm apart to increase the stimulus on the forearm muscles due to gravity.
It feels like my lower body is really burning while using the heating cream and doing this.
Fuck, let's see if you win or I win. 🏋️♂️
Am I the only one with 5 sets?
It's been two months, and what is this, 4 sets of 22...;; Even doing 15 at once is tough;;
I really don't know much about stimulating the back and chest.
Are you adding the weight on both sides together?
Are you saying to hold the handle narrower than the shoulder..? Is it because the end is wider than the shoulder and designed for men? 🥲
"I usually don't comment, but what should I do about one side being 30?"
Sitting at the end of the Benz, even if I lean over, my back feels good.
I’m WAY too over confident in my strength with these!!!!!
It seems like only the sides are being stimulated.
My legs are shaking, so I can't stand on one foot, haha.
Ah, I made a draft, damn it.
🏋️♂️always puts in a burn
This kind of stress is also necessary; it leads to a lot of exercise. I'm from Takestan.
The text "ㅅㅂ" is an abbreviation in Korean that stands for a profanity. It is often used as an exclamation of frustration or anger. In English, it can be translated as a vulgar expression, but it is not appropriate to provide a direct translation.
My arms hurt more than my butt...
The weight feels strange. In our gym, the body should move along with it, but if I use the recommended weight, I can't move at all.
