The crazy body is making me do overhead presses and this.
Is it correct that my chest doesn't hurt?
If I stretch this out, my shoulder hurts, so I don't lift it all the way up until my arm is completely straight.
Even when I straighten my back, it hurts.
Walking in the dark is tough too..
