I just did it and just got really angry.

I bent my back at a 90-degree angle, but my waist hurtsใ ใ Is there anyone who can tell me how to solve this?
Exercise isn't hard, but it feels a bit embarrassing to do it at the gym. ๐ฅฒ
Grip wider than shoulder width Position the barbell at the nipples Open the chest and the waist can be slightly raised naturally When lowering, the wrists and elbows should be vertical to the floor Feel the shoulder blades folding
The height of the chair should be such that the elbows are lower than the shoulders. Contract as if you are hugging a log, and hold the maximum contraction for 1 second. Open your chest.
Is this for one side?

These are killing me at the end of a leg day..๐ฃ
I love the stretch. I do supersets Fly down once back up close grip press and shoot for hypertrophy 12-15Reps. Minimum of 4 sets.๐ฅ๐ฅ
