When I walk quickly on an incline, the outside of my ankle starts to hurt. Should I slow down?
Once you feel somewhat skilled at this, what should be the next step?

I do it with a dumbbell on my foot, and it feels stimulating. ㅠ
It's heavy, I'm going to die. They keep telling me to add more weight, hahaha, oh no.
