Which side should I apply pressure to? It seems like I'm putting pressure on the side I'm holding.
I guess you need some mathematics brain to use this. Let’s just focus on the total weight and go; we get to decide how we see this ourselves
Idk why but I cant curl 80 pound in here in which i can curl 80 lbs with the barbell🤔
