Why does the left side not feel much stimulation?
Damm it hard asf ,its the first time trying this exercise
Should the knee be fixed??

I think it's like hell, but when the other side starts, a really big hell begins, haha ๐ฅน
You can get enough stimulation even if you do it standing up instead of sitting down.
Can I do this with one arm each?
Is it okay to substitute with cable rows since this is not available at the gym?
Tested my unstable shoulder this todayโฆ stayed in tho ๐๐ช๐ป
