If you pull your butt out, it's easy, and if you press your back against the backrest with your waist and butt, it feels like your butt is tearing...
If you rest your tailbone on the cable adjustment bar, it's super nice.
Lovely
Is this one set supposed to be done on both sides?~
No, is this originally heavy even without the original plate? It's barely 15 kilos.

This exercise is the perfect example of time being slower
Feels like my hamstring are going to tear
Wouldn't it be somewhat unexciting?
I feel It when i do It slow with an esagerate squeeze
My LEG!!!!!!
So intense 🔥🫠
The less weight you use, the more effort it takes. Weight = a device that assists in supporting my body weight.
If you lift while keeping your knees as close to the bar as possible, you can really feel it. But I can't maintain a straight back posture, and as I lift, my back ends up bending, which makes it hurt... I think it's because I don't have enough back muscles... I had 2.5 kg plates on each side...
Slight lowerbck pain anyone ? Or is it jus me
Why is the number of times always fixed at 10? Doesn't the AI adjust it like in other events?
It's really hard.
