I honestly don't know what the difference is between squats and this. It feels like I'm pushing against the ground with my legs, but I don't feel any stimulation in my back and only my waist hurts. ㅠ
If there's no mat doll or equipment, setting up is too bothersome.
I can't put any strength into my butt..
Binge-watching webtoons is really crossing the line.

1. The operating range is limited to what the core can do, aligned level in the future. 2. Bend the waist like a hunchback (not like a waist curve). 3. Grip and hold. 4. Get on the ab slide (lift the toes).
Why does this exercise not pump up, while other tricep exercises do?
