Our gym is small, so there is only one piece of equipment, and I'm scared to use it because I'm young.
Do you straighten your back?
If you do 10 over, 10 under, and 10 sideways lightly in a row, it will really be a good workout.
If you get wrecked by a drop set at the end of your arms, it's the end for your biceps.
Shoulder pads!

Every time I lift my arm, there's a clicking sound from my elbow. Is it because the weight is heavy or is my posture strange?
Finally, doing this just made me get completely wiped out.
How many are in a set?
