Why is the deltoid muscle used?
No matter how much I stick my butt out, it's impossible for my back to be straight like in the picture. The picture looks strangeㅜ

Exercise is originally hard, but I'm feeling dizzy... When exercising, I need to increase my meal portions, but I'm worried about it... I usually eat two meals, and for brunch, I only eat just enough so I'm not hungry...
