If the waist lifts off the floor, it leads to excessive lumbar extension → causes low back pain / tighten the abdomen and press down to maintain stability / slowly / if the legs are lowered completely > low back pain.
My neck hurts so much... Actually, it hurts like this every time I do most of the difficult exercises except for this one. I wonder why that is? The trainer just says they don't know either.ㅠㅠ

I can't do anything else, so I'm lowering the weight, but it's frustrating that I can't meet the quantity even though I can do this.
Hmm... If you're going to increase the number, just increase the weight, dude!
I bent my upper body slightly and raised it with the edge of my hand, and my shoulder got messed up.
I didn't see the warm-up set and did it with 60, and now there's a main set... life...
What kind of posture is this? It's really hard...
