Since there’s a round in the shoulder front slide, even if I raise the chair a lot, it gets stuckㅠㅋㅋ
When Planfit said 5Kg I thought it was calling me a little bitch So I reached for the 15kg Took me about 0.003 seconds to realise Planfit knew better 😅

If you relax your shoulders, your trapezius will be less engaged + think of holding the dumbbell with your middle and ring fingers.
It seems like the right side is working well, but when I do the left side, it feels like the trapezius is working more. Why is that? Is it because my body is unbalanced?

Do not tense your arms and body; feel it as if you are touching your side.
I'm feeling a rebound in my body and it's shaking too much, so I'm doing it one side at a time. The stimulation is much better.
