I'm feeling a rebound in my body and it's shaking too much, so I'm doing it one side at a time. The stimulation is much better.

If you do it with your arms at a 90-degree angle, it reduces the involvement of the trapezius. Ladies, give it a try!
Count for 5 to 10 seconds and slowly lower it. Similarly, count slowly while raising it. If you do it with one, it can be done with an empty bag as well. Give it a try.

Is it possible to start with 10 kilos for 10 reps right away? Please be satisfied with 5 kilos for 10 reps...👏

Decided to take my weight and subtract the machine’s weight
Couple things I’ve discovered over the years doing this, 1) it’s easier to keep your balance without your shoes on 2) hold one dumbbell with both hands instead of one in each hand
Is my pelvic bone hurting because of the barbell, and should I place it on my lower abdomen?
