Is it just me, or does my palm hurt so much that I can't do this?

Why is my gluteus medius cramping like this?
I'm getting too much stimulation in my two (sides), but is this just something unavoidable with soft tofu?
When I turn it a lot, my erect muscles are pulling. γ
The gym here has Max at 107 kg, but if I put up 110 kg... will I get in trouble???
