I feel stimulation in my chest and sides instead when I narrow the gap between the bars.
For those who don't feel much stimulation, try leaning your upper body slightly forward to find the stimulation point. In theory, this is correct, but as a beginner, I tend to lose my form when I go beyond 2 or 3.

is the weight inputted on here assisted weight or weight lifted???!
For example, if it is set to 20kg per set, it does not mean to set the auxiliary weight to 20kg, but rather to set it so that body weight - auxiliary weight = 20kg. If your body weight is 70kg, you can set the auxiliary weight to 50kg.

If you bring your elbows together, it's for the triceps; if you spread them apart, it's for the chest.
