Wow, this is really hard...;
If you are someone like me who works on forearm muscles, try not to fully extend your arms but lift them slightly bent; you'll feel the stimulation towards your shoulders. Just a tip. Also, the dumbbells don't have to be touching each other; just lifting them forward will also provide stimulation.

Maintain a strong core pressure in a half-squat position, grip the outer part of the dumbbell rather than the center, and apply force in the outward rotation direction while lifting to feel a good stimulus. 👊
