Hammer Strength Shoulder Press Community

This is what I call a love and hate relationship! Hahah I love it but I hate it!

Please congratulate me. I gained 1kg after 14 months~~ㅎㅎ

↳ 강력한 청년👏👏

This machine can hold up to 96 kilograms, but who is using it..? I guess they could pick me up and throw me.

🥵🍑

I hate thissss so muchhhh i wanna cry 😭

↳ LETS CRY TOGETHER😭😭😭

At first, it is difficult, but if you keep at it, you can do it.

No, they say it's heavy at 10 kilos, so they tell me to lift 8 kilos. Do they think there is an 8-kilo one?

↳ 우리헬스장만 8kg 없는줄ㄹ알고 자격지심 느낄뻔했어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

💪

The text translates to: "They say it's 30 kilometers, that's too much. I can't even ride a bike."

Hey, come and listen🐶🔟🕊️ Hey, my arm hasn't gone up for 3 days🥵

My shoulder feels pinched and uncomfortable, and why does my breathing feel reversed? 🥹

Why is this exercise not recorded separately in the analysis?

This thing belongs in hell.

↳ prolly won’t be able to pump gas ⛽️ tomorrow

If this is slightly elevated and the scapular downward rotation is not performed, it's correct that the rotator cuff will tear, right?

Why does my elbow hurt??

😭😭we crying here

Hate this thing for some reason.

A perfect exercise to make people miserable.

It's my first time, but I can't lift 20 kg. ㅠ

Isn't it too tight?
