Doing dumbbell deadlifts before leg curls makes your butt firm.

Why does my calf hurt?ㅜ

+1 kg a round, +1 rep a set is all that's needed 🏋️‍♂️

I've noticed when I lowered the weight. Im more controlled and I can feel it more in my hammys. Going heavy is great tho. I went up to 50kg then took it all down to 27kg and im in control and not the machine.

I don’t like leg day but I push through it every time who wants small legs lol
