I don’t know if it’s right but I put a 50lb dumbbell in one hand and I’m doing my side lat raise with a 25lb in the other. Keeps me very straight and balanced.
If the left side is weaker and feels heavier while the right side is stronger, should I train the left side more? ㅜ The weight I can lift is different. What should I do?
