I wonder why I don't feel much stimulation even when I do dumbbell curls or other bicep exercises..? After doing them, I don't feel any pumping or hardness.. Is it normally like this..? It feels like I'm exercising, but it seems like it's not working properly and affecting other areas, which is really stressful and keeps bothering me.. Is this how it usually is??
