Why does my front thigh keep getting used?
I'm a woman, but the backrest is too far back, so my upper body keeps swaying. So I just hold the front of the saddle instead of the handlebars and bend my upper body a bit closer to my thighs, and it feels like I'm getting stimulation up to under my butt, but I'm not sure if that's right.

Guys, really helpful tip if you’re cramping in your hamstrings. Pull your toes towards your shins. Idk why, but it helps a lot of the cramps to go away. It helped me at least.
