Technogym smith machine starting resistance is 8kg (17.6lbs)
Why would it not include the weight of the bar on the smith machine?
Relax your shoulder and neck, lower your scapula. Don't stop at the lowest point of the right angle (if you stop, your arm). Exercise with smooth movements.
How do you lay down a chair? I would like to know how to lay it down and set it up as well.
Why can't it be better than a regular bench?
I will work hard today as well.
Is the bar included in the weight suggestion e.g. 30kg total including bar or excluding bar?
Your warm up set weight should not be more than your actual working set weight
It's 75 kilos, but 15 degrees on both sides is difficult.
It feels somewhat asymmetrical, and one shoulder is either lower or higher. What should I do?
화이팅!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I put 45 on both lol I’m good with it 😝
When I stated 3 months ago I couldn't even bench 50 lbs today I'm benching 180 lbs 💪
The machine is so old that it creaks and feels unnatural when lifting and lowering it.. It looks like dust has piled up, it's sticky, and it seems like it hasn't been cleaned.. Ha.
What other machines can replace this exercise?
Keep working to be a better version of my self
Why does my shoulder hurt when I lower the bar?
🥵
Mine says 35kg plates both sides so I’m doing 70kg total not including bar
That is amazing bro, See what happens when you back yourself. While it may have felt like a step outside the script and I’m sure you knew that weight was to much you did it anyways, that clearly demonstrates that your capabilities extend far beyond what you might have initially imagined. And you pushed it anyways. Congrats bro don’t hurt yourself but smashing PB’s. Continue being you
