Why can't I get the count right after going over 2 sets?

10kg a side and the smith bar at 11.3kg is that bad anyone
I had a full time carpet job and i worked out on top of it. I took 2 years off.. have a coffee job. Now I can barely do these.. i can feel the progress over the last 2 weeks since I downloaded this tho!

I believe the bar itself is 15-20 lbs. So I assume we count that in for our total? I'm reasonably doing 50+bar (so 25 ea side plus bar about 70lb)

How does this plates count? It both side which means if I have 5 lbs each sides is it counted as 10lbs?

Do i add the weight of the bar with the weight i am putting on each sides as the total weight?

Barbell = weight on one side (total weight including the bar) Smith machine = weight on one side (excluding the bar weight) Dumbbell = weight of one Machine = weight on one side
Is the weight for both plates combined?
They told me to do it with 30 kilos, so I'm doing it as instructed, but what is this... Wow;;
