The time spent going back and forth to look at my phone and get water takes longer than the time spent exercising. If that's the case, I might as well use equipment that people don't usually use. 👊👊

Is 15kg the total weight including the bar, or does it mean to set it to 15kg separately? I can only do the bar + 5kg, so should I set it to 5kg?

Beginners who do not know how to use their shoulder muscles should reduce the range of motion to find the feeling of the muscles. 1. Practice 15 reps up to eye level (minimize triceps involvement). 2. Practice 15 reps lowering from above to in front of the eyes while in a relaxed state (engage up to right next to the collarbone). 3. Once the first two are well done, exercise with full range of motion. 💣💣🏋️♂️
