Sitting on the bench with both arms resting beside your hips, lift your hips and go up and down using the strength from your arms and side chest. This is how you can replace it, brothers.

Chest target: If you lean your upper body forward and can adjust the width of the handle, grab it wide. Triceps target: If you lift your upper body and grab the handle narrowly, it targets the triceps.
We don’t have one here at Anytime Fitness. Very frustrating!
