Upon closer inspection, it seems to be stuck at the very bottom.

Why does my epigastrium hurt..?
If I do this as a woman, will my legs get thicker..?
It’s really hard to keep it steady 🥵
In the movement of spreading the shoulders sideways, I proceed about 20-30 degrees in front and focus on lowering the shoulders without shrugging them. I think about extending my arms far when spreading my shoulders and feel like I'm opening my scapula, which seems to reduce the stimulation on the trapezius and effectively target the shoulders.
My back hurts. ㅠ
It's hard to even lift it..??
Hip hinge! Think about why the chair has an angle. Proper forward tilt (not excessive) Pulling towards the midsection like a barbell row Center of gravity towards the toes Think of it as a deadlift and maintain good intra-abdominal pressure.
It’s assist and it’s easy ya thinking too much
The instructions on this suck. Use youtube so you don't hurt yourself
If it starts to hurt in the shoulder and tricep, what am I doing wrong?
I don't know if this is a good abdominal exercise...ㅜㅜ I can't lift my upper body because I don't have upper abs, and I'm hitting my knees with my elbows, but why does only my neck feel sore...?
"Stop looking at your phone and put your legs up."
My knee hurts... what should I do?
If the angle is 90, then it's 180, so it seems like you were determined to kill.
My elbow joint hurts. How should I resolve this?
