My shoulder ticks again and again Any suggestions?
Don’t grip tight loosen grip allow the shoulders to make all the movement and you’ll feel that deep burn. Raise weight quick and lower it very slowly doesn’t take heavy weight

Every time I do it, my armpits and arms rub against each other and it feels a bit painful. Is there any way to fix this?
I keep hearing a 'thud' sound from my knee; is that okay?

If the forearm muscles hurt, is something wrong?

If you don't feel any stimulation at all, it might be because you have very little core muscle. I was like that too 🥲 After doing it a few times and building up your core muscles, if you think about tightening your stomach while keeping your lower body still and just moving your upper body, you'll feel the stimulation well!
Did I do 10 kilos last time too??

I feel in lower back when I concentrate on back muscles. Also, when I dont I feel if biceps or legs?
I can only do low weight (9), and I do 3-4 sets, but it varies each time, and my knees hurt a lot.
Ab exercises also hurt my back...
